Tofu Tube

We produce tubular bags by blow molding, then remove the air to create a vacuum. After the film is formed and the air is expelled from the blow molding machine, it is collected as film rolls and can be printed in colors according to customer requirements.

  • 60 Years of Trust and History

Originally developed by HOEI in Japan 60 years ago, the tofu bags have been sold in Thailand for over 30 years, with constant improvements to ensure top performance.

  • Precise Filling Management

The film is uniformly shaped, ensuring consistent stretch during filling, making weight management easy. Filling can be done with an accuracy of ±2g (assuming 120g).

  • Stable Seal Design

The seal is robust, and the opening is centered, making the filling process smoother.

  • High Sealing Performance

HOEI’s original blend of raw materials provides excellent sealing, even with contaminants like eggs, and can handle a variety of sealing conditions.

  • Multicolor Printing Capability

Up to 8 colors can be printed on both sides, allowing for vibrant brand representation.

  • Advanced Sterilization Process

The tubes are formed using resin melted at 200°C and vacuum-blocked, ensuring the interior is sterilized and meets high hygiene standards.

  • Environmental Considerations

The tofu bags are made from a single material (PE), making them easy to recycle and environmentally friendly.

  • Comprehensive Service

HOEI offers not only the bags but also Japanese-made filling machines and maintenance services, providing a complete solution.

Comparison with Other PE Tubes

Uneven Film Thickness

Other manufacturers' tubes often have uneven film thickness, leading to weight differences during filling, and the opening can shift, making the filling process difficult.

Printing and Bubble Issues

With some manufacturing methods, air can remain inside the bag, causing bubbles during filling, which may lead to poor product appearance and even accelerated spoilage.

Comparison with Laminated Products

Cutting and Filling Issues : Laminated films, while strong, are hard to cut and can lose shape. Air tends to remain inside the bags, increasing the risk of contamination and bubbles in the tofu during filling, which can degrade the product.
